Just two weeks before his death, Osborne held his final live performance on July 5th at Villa Park Soccer Stadium, his hometown of Birmingham, central England, with Black Sabbath's original lineup.
The singer sang from the black throne, rising from under the stage.
“Let's start madness!” he urged him to take the stage.

“I don't know what to say, man, I've been layed up for about six years. You don't know how I feel. Thank you from the bottom of my heart,” the Crazy Train singer said. “You're all… special. Let's get hooked, come on.”
Osborne soloed several songs before Black Sabath bandmates Tony Iomi, Terrence “Jeser” Butler and Bill Ward first appeared on stage for the first time in 20 years. The band finished their short set with one of their most famous songs, Paranoid.

“Kelly, you know I love you more than anything in the world,” Wilson said, holding her hand.
But that was jokingly interrupted by Ozzy, saying, “F-K-Off, you're not married to my daughter.”
“There's nothing happier than spending the rest of your life with you,” Wilson said, falling to one knee. “So, in front of your family and all of our friends, Kelly, will you marry me?”
Kelly's chin dropped after seeing the ring, and began nodding his head before giving Wilson a big hug as the room erupted with applause and cheers.

The news comes almost a year after the crazy train singer began to struggle with his physical health. In January 2019, he suffered a severe neck injury after falling in a home in Los Angeles, California.
As a result, Osborne was forced to postpone his No More Tours 2 world tour, including dates in Canada, and he had to undergo surgery to recover. His illness was published in 2020, but in fact he was diagnosed in February 2019. Immediately after the neck movement.
“I'm not good at secrets,” Osborne said after revealing the news. “I can't walk around it anymore… because it's like there's a lack of excuses,” he admitted in connection with hiding the diagnosis of PRKN 2.
Furthermore, Osborne acknowledged that he could not distinguish whether the nerve pain he felt was the result of surgery or the onset of Parkinson's disease.
“I got numbness in this arm due to the surgery,” Osborne said. (And) my feet keep getting cold,” he added. Because when they have surgery they cut the nerves. ”
Many celebrities and fans joined social media to pay tribute to Osborne after news of his death spread.
