A new pornographic player for a Canadian rock band, has been charged with possession of child porn, annoyance/abuse of children, invasion of privacy and attempts to invade privacy.
The Riverside County Sheriff's Office in California said deputies assigned to the Palm Desert Sheriff's Station on Monday, April 7, were called to the business in the 73,000 block of Dynashore Drive, Palm Desert.
When deputies arrived they spoke to the 11-year-old boy. He said an adult man recorded him on his cell phone while he was using the toilet.
Two days later, on April 9, the agent received the second report at the same location.

When they arrived, the employee told them that the man was coming and going from the toilet with the young boy, and they thought he might be the suspect in a previous incident.
Deputies discovered the suspect and later identified him as 44-year-old Joseph Siders of Palm Desert, who took him into custody.
Seiders joined Canadian band The New Pornographers in 2014.
In a statement on their Facebook page, the band quickly severed all of their bonds, saying they were shocked and terrified about what happened.

The Palm Desert Station Investigation Bureau continued its investigation and provided search warrants for Cider's residence, vehicle and cell phones.
Evidence was found to suggest him in two reported cases, along with additional crimes such as possession of child pornography.
Seiders have been booked at the John Benoit Detention Center in Indio for possession of child pornography, child nuisance/abuse, invasion of privacy and attempts to invade privacy.
The Riverside Sheriff's Office believes there may be more casualties, and anyone with information related to the investigation is encouraged to contact Riverside Sheriff dispatched to Investigator Iniguez at 760-836-1600 or 951-77-1099.
