Actor Haley Joel Osment was arrested on suspicion of public addiction at a ski resort in Mammoth Lakes, California, according to the Mammoth Lakes Police Department.
Police department representatives confirmed that 37-year-old Osment was booked on April 8 on suspicion of possession of an unidentified controlled substance after being identified as an “uncontrollable skier.”
Zemento was held by ski patrols until around 2pm when law enforcement arrived on the scene.
Sergeant. Jason Heilman of Mammoth Lakes PD told the outlet that Osment is no longer in police custody.
People say Mono County District Attorney decides whether to indict Osment's case. Representatives of the actors for Blink Twice have not issued a statement in response to Osment's arrest.
This is not the first time Osment has been in legal trouble.
In 2018, the sixth sense actor was involved in a “public oral brawl” on Super Bowl Sunday with an American Airlines employee at Las Vegas' McCarran International Airport.
Osment is said to have been pissed off by the American Airlines gate after he missed the flight. Police received a call about “uncontrollable passengers,” but when they arrived the actor was nowhere to be found.

An hour after authorities responded to the call, Osment reportedly returned to the scene and poses a verbal threat. When police returned, Zement disappeared again.
