On Wednesday, the Hollywood Reporter allegedly said a former team member who claimed the 31-year-old singer had left millions of dollars in debt after cancelling his Justice World Tour in 2022, “Justin Bieber's Crisis?

In a statement, Bieber's team was called an article called “ClickBait Supititity, based on an “unknown and obviously uninformed – “sources.”

“These unnecessary narratives and inaccurate assumptions continue as Justin forgets his own progress. But they don't discourage him from continuing to promise to follow the right path,” his team added.

The Hollywood Reporter article also includes a statement from a representative of the Beaver, denying claims of large-scale financial obligations.

“The sources trying to sell you stories about alleged financial distress may not understand the entertainment industry or portray a more likely portrait of Justin.

The article claimed that Bieber had cancelled the remaining dates of his Justice World Tour.

Bieber officially cancelled the tour date in March 2023 as they watched the singer perform in parts of the United States, Europe, Australia and Asia. His official tour page said fans will be refunded to buy tickets.

The tour had already been postponed several times. In June 2022, Bieber delayed many concerts, causing partial facial paralysis after being diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt syndrome.

The Hollywood Reporter article continued to argue that Beaver owned “big debt” to tour promoter AEG. The article also claimed that Beaver was given $40 million advance for the tour.

“To date, Bieber has only returned some of what he borrowed,” the outlet claimed. Aside from money troubles, this article also highlights concerns people have about the mental health of the stars.

“We see him collapse like this… it sees the embodiment of someone who doesn't live their purpose,” one former Bieber team member told the outlet.

“He's lost. No one's going to say no to him, so no one's protecting him. You say no, you'll be blown away,” the former team member added.

Pouvea, the record producer who co-wrote some of Beaver's biggest hits, including Despacito, was also quoted in the story.

“No matter what he's going through, I pray for him and hope he's fine,” said the former Bieber collaborator.

Another insider claimed that Bieber “doesn't exactly like media-savvy pop stars do it.”

“Artists are artists. They don't see the world the way you and I do,” the insider said. “He's healthier than all of us. Both physically and mentally.”

Bieber continued to grow after sharing his vulnerable messages about his self-worth and fraudster syndrome in a social media statement last month.
