Taylor Swift is summoned in Blake Lively and Justin Bardoni's Legal Battle – National

Taylor swift is summoned in blake lively and justin bardoni's

Taylor Swift could potentially rise up in the legal battle between our co-stars Blake Lively and Justin Bardoni.

Vibrant best friend Swift was mentioned in connection with an ongoing lawsuit among her co-stars when a text exchange that included Bardoni's $400 million honour-def-loss accounting and a $400 million honour-def-loss accounting against her husband Ryan Reynolds was revealed in January.

On May 9, Bardoni's lawyer Brian Friedman issued a subpoena to Swift in the 2024 film “The Lawsuit of Ithind Ite Ending With Us.”

A Swift spokesman said that attempts to summon the pop star as a witness in the case were “designed” to use Swift's “to extract public interest.”

Swift's team told NBC News there was no information related to a legal dispute and it should not be involved in the case.

“Taylor Swift never stepped into the set of this film. She wasn't involved in the cast or creative decisions. She didn't win the film, she didn't see any edits about the film, nor even sees it ending with us until a few weeks after its release.

Swift's team said her only involvement in the film was the song license, which was the curb of my tears.

“Since her involvement was licensed for the film song, so did 19 other artists, this documentary summon is designed to use Taylor Swift's name to draw public interest by creating tabloid clickbaits instead of focusing on the facts of the case,” the spokesman said.

Lively's legal team issued a statement after news that Swift's lawsuit may have expanded. Her team told CNN that Bardoni and his legal team “continue to turn cases of sexual harassment and retaliation into tabloid entertainment.”

“This is a very serious legal issue and not a Burnham & Bailey circus,” the spokesman said. “The defendant continues to publicly threaten, bully, shame and attack women's rights and reputation.”

Bardoni sued his co-star, Live, 37, Reynolds (48), for his delinquent loss in January. The lawsuit came on the same day Bardoni sued the New York Times for honourable losses.

In December 2024, Lively accused Bardoni of sexual harassment on the set of the film and accused her efforts of “destroying” her reputation with subsequent legal complaints.

In the complaint, Lively embarked on a “multi-tiered plan” with Bardoni, denounced the studio for embarking on a “multi-tiered plan” to undermine her reputation after she and Reynolds described the film's producer as “repeated sexual harassment and other disturbing behavior.”

According to the plan, the plan included suggestions for instilling theory in online message boards, engineering social media campaigns and placing lively news stories.

Since the legal battle began, Bardoni's legal team has written text messages from Lively and Reynolds' publication on a website entitled “Legal Information created to protect him.

On a website published in early February, Bardoni, 41, shared complaints that were revised in his case against Lively, Lively, Lively's PR Farm, The New York Times, and a 168-page document called “The Timeline of Related Events.”

The timeline contains emails and text messages allegedly led during filming of the film.

The text message between Lively and Baldoni appeared to suggest Swift as “one of her dragons,” but it was released in February. Swift and Lively have been extremely close friends since 2015, and the pop star is the godfather of Lively's Children.

In text messages between the pair, Baldoni details the rooftop scenes from the film, which Lively allegedly remade. His lawyers argue that the actor “feels an obligation to energize that he likes her page and that Reynolds and her mega-celebrity friends didn't need to put pressure on him.”

According to the lawsuit, Lively invited Bardoni to her penthouse in New York. There, Reynolds and “Mega Celebrity Friends” praised the live version of the rooftop scene.

“I was working on the rooftop scene again today. I really love what you did. It really helps a lot,” Bardoni wrote in a text message. “Make it more fun and interesting (and I would have felt that way without Ryan and Taylor). You're really an all-out talent.

According to the lawsuit, she calls out Reynolds and another person whose name has been edited with text from Lively.

“They also know that I'm not always good at making sure I'm seen or used for fear of threatening my ego or affecting the ease of the process. And they don't give me SH-T about it, and that's why I think everyone has to stop worrying about people who like me.”

Lively continues to compare herself to her boyfriend, the Game of Thrones character played by Emilia Clark.

“If I could see Game of Thrones, I would appreciate that I am Khaleesi and like her, I happen to have some dragons. It's usually better or worse.

The legal trial between Baldoni and Lively was set in New York City in March 2026.
