Dennis Richards has accused her estranged husband, Aaron Phippers of years of physical and verbal abuse.
Richards, 54, filed a temporary restraining order against Fyper, 52, crying, “breaking my jaw,” and asking him to stay, and insisted he would promise to get help.”
In court documents filed July 16th and viewed by USA Today and other outlets, Richards wrote that the Phippers “caused at least three concussions.”
“Aaron said he left the recording device to record me while I was alone in my hotel room or in my townhouse,” Richards claimed in the document.
Throughout his marriage to the Phippers, Richards said he “threatened to kill me, himself and the police. He owns at least eight unregistered guns.”

“Aaron frequently suffocates me violently, squeezes my head hard with both hands, squeezes my arms tightly, smacks my face and head hard, aggressively slams my head against the bathroom towel rack, threatens to kill me, keep pushing my back and sue me to kill him, he has to sue me to kill him, people.
In the legal documents, Richards also detailed a recent incident that he claims occurred over the weekend of July 4th. She claimed that Fipers beat her and hacked her into her private message. She urged the judge to take into consideration the severity of the suspicious attack, saying she was afraid it would happen again.
“On July 4th, 2025, Aaron repeatedly arrived within two inches of my face, screaming at me, deteriorating my blasphemy,” wrote Richards. “Aaron repeatedly grabbed her left arm tightly.”

“On July 5th, 2025, Aaron came to the townhouse with his father, within inches of his face and began screaming at me.
Richards then said her estranged husband “strokes me, grabs my arms with force, and pushes me and drags me to the ground.
“I landed violently on the stairs, causing great pain,” she wrote. “Aaron stole my laptop and sent a private text message that he stole from my laptop without my permission. Aaron threatened to 'disappear' if I called the police. ”
The Wild Things actor claimed that she did not report any abuse of past alleged suspicions because she believed it would cause more damage.
“Up until now, I was afraid to report Aaron to the police or apply for a restraining order, as he repeatedly threatened to kill himself if he reported it to the police,” Richards wrote.
Richards also claimed that while she was asleep, Fips went into her laptop, downloaded everything from her iCloud account and transferred it to his laptop.
The gorgeous Drop Dead actor also claimed that the Phippers yelled at her, slamming her over her head while she was in the bathroom. Richards asks that the Phippers are not in contact with her and that he is away from her home and work, and that he is returning electronics that she claims to have stolen from her.

She also said that Pyper “wanted to prohibit the use, delivery, copy, print or disclose any text messages, emails, photos, notes or other content from your mobile phone, laptop or other electronic device.”
Dennis Richards and her wild thing star demanded that the Fips pay her legal and other costs caused by alleged abuse. She also requires Pyper to participate in the 52-week batter intervention program.
She was given a temporary restraining order by the California Superior Court on July 16th.
Earlier this month, Fipers filed for divorce in Los Angeles, citing “incompatible differences” and listed the separation date on July 4th.
He also calls for spouse assistance from Richards and maintains assets and liabilities as separate assets, including the 2018 Indian Dark Horse Bike, Shelby GT500 sports car and power tools.
In court documents, Phypers alleges that Richards earns more than USD 250,000 a month from her sole fan accounts, television appearances and other brand deals. He says he has not had any income in the past 12 months since closing the business, Quantum 360 Club, in 2024.
He claims they spend around $105,000 a month, and estimate $20,000 for clothing, $18,000 for rent, $25,000 for food, $15,000 for entertainment, $8,000 for utility, $5,000 for maintenance and repairs, and $5,000 for laundry and cleaning.
He also said their phone bill costs $500 and the cost associated with the vehicle and transportation is around $1,500. Phypers also claimed that Richards spends more than $7,000 a month on childcare.
The previous couple didn't share any children, but Richards previously said that the Phippers were in the process of adopting their daughter, Eloise 14.
Richards is also her daughters Sami Sheen, 21, and 20-year-old Laura Sheen, who shares with her ex-husband Charlie Sheen. Richards filed for divorce from Sheen in March 2005 after nearly three years of marriage. The divorce was finalized in November 2006.
Phypers was previously married to Desperate Housewives star Nicollette Sheridan from 2015 to 2018. She was finalised in August 2018 before her wedding with Richards.
