Chris Brown pleaded not guilty to charges related to serious assault on a music producer on a bottle at a London nightclub in 2023.
Brown, 36, wore a blue suit, a white shirt and black-rimmed glasses during his arrest at Southwark Crown Court in London.
When asked how he begged him for the number of terrible physical harms, Brown said, “No guilty, ma'am.”
Brown's friend and fellow musician Omolor Akinlor, 39, played under the name Hoodie Baby and pleaded not guilty to the same charge.

Brown has been accused of launching an “unprovoked attack” with producer Amadou “Abe” Diaau at London's tape nightclub during his tour in February 2023.
Prosecutor Hannah Nichols said Brown had hit Deau several times with a bottle of tequila, then punched him and kicked him.
The attack got caught up in surveillance cameras in front of a club full of people, prosecutors said.

Brown was originally charged with a single, terrible physical harm after his arrest in May, but prosecutors later led to charges that added two counts.
He did not plea for the additional numbers on Friday, so after closing off the European leg of his world tour on July 11, he was ordered to return to court to face these charges. His trial was scheduled for October 26th, 2026.
Brown said, “Let's make it a sic of the sky. If I'm looking at you, my lens is a rose. #holyblindfold #breezybowl.”

Run It Singer was released last month on a bail of USD 6.7 million. This allowed him to start his refreshing Bowl XX tour earlier this month.
Judge Tony Baumgartner said the 36-year-old singer could continue on tour, including several stops in the UK, but would have to pay bail to ensure he's performing in the courtroom. Brown could be asked to confiscate the money if he violates the conditions of bail.
Brown's bail terms include not contacting Diaw, who is not traveling on a tour, who is surrendering his passport, who lives at a specific address known to the court, but rather access the tape nightclub where the incident occurred and not applying for international travel documents.
After his release after nearly a week in prison, Brown posted on Instagram: “Cooking, stay humble.”
Brown is currently touring the UK and performs in London at shows in Ireland, Scotland, France and Portugal. He returned to North America at the end of July to play Miami, then travelled through the US at a two-night stop in Toronto along the way.
