Former two-time Jeopardy! Winner, from North Carolina, was arrested on two felony counts of secret voyeurism.
Phillip Joseph “Joey” Decena, 42, is accused of placing cameras in the victim's bedroom and bathroom, according to an arrest warrant filed by the Currituck County Sheriff's Office and viewed by People.
According to the warrant, the alleged crime occurred on Oct. 10, but the warrant was not issued until Nov. 26.
According to the warrant, authorities said DeSena “unlawfully, knowingly, and with a felony” secretly or covertly installed “devices, namely cameras, that can be used to create photographic images” in two rooms “for the purpose of taking images of others without their consent.”
According to CBS affiliate WBTV in Charlotte, North Carolina, Decena was taken into custody on December 1st and released on December 3rd on $5,000 bail.
He was ordered to have no contact with the victim in his case. A probable cause hearing is scheduled for Dec. 10.

Decena isn't the first Jeopardy! The champion ends up facing legal trouble.
Jeopardy! with Winston Nguyen, a former math teacher at an upscale private school in Brooklyn. Champion was sentenced to seven years in prison in March for posing as a teenager on Snapchat and soliciting nude images and sexual videos from children.
Nguyen pleaded guilty in early March to one sexually motivated felony count of using a child in a sexual performance and five counts of endangering the welfare of a child. After his release, he will be required to register as a sex offender.
Gwen has appeared on two Jeopardy! Episode from 2014.
