Attorney for Sean “Diddy” Combs portrayed the hip-hop mogul on Friday as a victim of avid indictment of recreational drug use and swinger lifestyle twists.
In the final discussion, defense attorney Mark Agnifilo laughed at the government case and downplayed the agent who seized hundreds of bottles of astroglide lubricant and baby oil on his property as he began a presentation that was expected to last several hours.
“How to go, blowjob,” Agnifilo said of the agent.
The lawyer said the prosecutor combined the swinger's lifestyle and “severely exaggerated” evidence with the three of them, along with recreational drug use, calling it a conspiracy of assault.
“He didn't do what he was charged with. He didn't assault the conspiracy and sex trafficking,” the lawyer said.
Agnifilo also called Combs' prosecutors a “fake trial” and ridiculed the notion that he was engaged in assault.
“Are you teasing me? Are you teasing me?” Agnifilo asked. “An eyewitness stood up to the eyewitness and said yes, I was part of an assault company. Did I engage in the assault?”
No, Agnifilo argued, telling the ju judge that these charges were figures of the prosecutor's imagination.

Combs' family, including six of his children and his mother, were among the audience for the closing session. The combs of his life are caring for people, Agnifilo said.
“I don't know what Jane is doing today,” Agnifilo said. “But she does it at the house he pays for.”
Referring to the lawsuit filed by Combs accusers, he said: “This is not about crime, it's about money. It's about money.”
Agnifilo said that R&B singer Cassie Ventura, former longtime girlfriend of Combs, sued him in November 2023. Combs settled with her the following day at $20 million, but the lawsuit allegations prompted federal law enforcement to launch a criminal investigation that led to an arrest.

“If you had to choose a winner in this whole thing, it's hard not to choose Cathy,” Agnifilo said.
Both Ventura and Jane testified during trial that Combs was repeatedly forced into a drug-fueled daily sex marathon along with male sex workers.
He allegedly invaded Combs' bedroom and his most intimate personal relationship.
“Where is the crime scene? It's your sex life,” Agnifilo said.

He also laughed at the prosecutor's claims that Combs and his support are engaged in hundreds of assaults and their suggestion that many of his so-called freak-offs and “hotel nights” are crimes.

If so, he said, “We need bigger crime scene tapes.” This is a reference to the famous line of the film Jaws.
Agnifilo reiterated that the defense “owns” the fact that Combs is violent, but he argued that the actions do not justify the grave charges he faces.
He said there was a “loving, beautiful” relationship, although “complicated.”
“If the plot to assault was the opposite, it would be their relationship… They were in deep love with each other,” Agnifilo said.
Defense lawyers showed some of the security camera footage of a Comb attacking Ventura at a Los Angeles hotel in 2016 to the ju judge on Thursday, reflecting the prosecutor's closing debate.
Agnifilo admitted that the video clearly shows domestic violence, but he challenged the prosecution's theory that the attack was evidence of sex trafficking. Pausing the tape several times, he insisted that Combs might have been mad, not that Ventura was trying to escape from the “freak-off” and that she was taking his phone.
If convicted, the comb could face a minimum of 15 years of duty and maximum life in prison.
He did not testify during his seventh week trial.
After Agnifilo completed the closure, US lawyer Aide Maurene Comey was expected to deliver the total of the rebuttals to the jury before the judge reads the law.
