Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina — A fire broke out at a retirement boarding house in the northeastern Bosnian town of Tuzla on Tuesday, killing several people, Bosnian media said.
The daily newspaper Dnevny Avaz reported that a fire broke out on one of the upper floors of the building, killing at least eight people.
The newspaper and other Bosnian media reported on the deadly fire, citing police sources, but police have not yet officially confirmed the details.
Media images from the scene showed a fire on one of the floors of the facility. Firefighters evacuated the building.
