The US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents will be attending the 2026 Super Bowl and Grammy Award-winning rapper Bad Bunny's halftime show.
Lewandowski, a special government employee and adviser to the Department of Homeland Security, confirmed the news after it was announced that Bad Bunny will become a performer for the halftime show.
On appearing on Wednesday's Benny Show, Lewandowski was asked by podcast host Benny Johnson whether it would “enforce at the Super Bowl for the Bad Bunny Halftime Show.”
“We can't provide safe shelters to people illegally in this country. It's not the Super Bowl, it's nowhere else. We'll find you. We'll arrest you.
“So I know that's a very realistic situation under this administration. That's contrary to what it used to be.”
Lewandowski criticized the NFL for choosing Bad Bunny as a halftime show performer.

“It's so embarrassing that they decided to choose someone who looks like they hate America to represent them at the halftime show,” Lewandowski said of the three-time Grammy-winning performer.
He told Johnson that the NFL should “try to be inclusive rather than exclusive.”
“There are a lot of great bands and entertainment people who can play at that show.
“If there are illegal aliens, I don't care if it's a Johnny Smith concert or a concert for the Bad Bunny. We'll execute everywhere. We're going to keep Americans safe. That's the direction from the president.

The NFL, Apple Music and Roc Nation announced on Sunday that Bad Bunny will lead the halftime festival from Levi's stadium on February 8th in Santa Clara, California.
The selection of Puerto Ricon superstars takes place in another run that defines a career. He's fresh from the historic Puerto Rican residency, which attracted over half a million fans this month and led all the nominees for the Latin Grammy Awards in November. He has become one of the most streamed artists in the world with albums such as the Spanish LP Un Verano Sin Ti.
In an interview with ID last month, Bad Bunny resides in Puerto Rican and part of the reason he won't tour in the US this year is “the ice could be outside (my concert).
“There were many reasons why I didn't show up in the US, but none of them were out of hatred. I played there many times,” he added.
“All shows are successful. They were all spectacular. I enjoy connecting with Latinos who live in the US, but specifically because of the residency in Puerto Rico, people from the US were able to come here and see the show when we were unincorporated territory of the US.”
