Jimmy Kimmel fired fire on US President Donald Trump after Kimmel declared he would “go to the adjacent late-night sweepstakes,” following the cancellation of a late show with Stephen Colbert.
On Tuesday, Trump worked on the true society to criticize Kimmel, claiming he was “absolutely talented” and his show, Jimmy Kimmel Live! warned that he was next to the chopping block.
“The word, and it's a strong word. Jimmy Kimmel goes to a deep late night sweepstakes adjacent to him. Fallon will disappear soon after.”
“These are people who have absolutely no talent and in all cases they've been paid millions of dollars to destroy what was once a great TV. It's really good to see them go.
Kimmel responded by sharing a screenshot of Trump's post on Instagram with a caption on Instagram. “I'm hearing you next. Or, that's just another great secret” – reference to the Wall Street Journal report released on July 17th, claiming that Trump wrote the phrase to Jeffrey Epstein in his 50th birthday letter in 2003.
The letter, surrounded by the outlines of a naked woman with Trump's name on it, allegedly ended with “Happy Birthday – it could be another great secret every day,” contained texts. The outlet explained what the letter was about, but did not publish a photograph that fully demonstrated it.

Trump has denied writing letters, calling them “false, malicious, and honorable.” He denounced the story last week in a lengthy social media post, telling both the paper owner Rupert Murdoch and his top editor Emma Tucker, who said the letter was “fake.”
“These aren't my words, they're not the way I speak, and I don't draw,” he said.
Since then, Trump has sued for publication on the story.

Comedian Chelsea Handler addressed Trump in Kimmel's Instagram comments section, adding, “It's amazing that the president doesn't have anything more important.”
“You played a major role in each and every one of you in pondering your departure from this country,” writes Handler. “It's amazing that the president doesn't have anything important to stop the war. Make sure the country is safe from foreign enemies or make sure all the families of this country can put food on the table.”

Handler went on to suggest that Pippi, a child's literature character, is “more suited to the office.”
On Monday's episode of tonight's show, Fallon also nurtured Colbert's show cancellation.
“I'm your host,” Fallon said. “Well, at least tonight.”
“I don't like it. I don't like what's going on. These are crazy times,” he told the audience. “Steven has come to be a very smart and hilarious TV over the years. He won 10 Emmys. Trump heard, “It's a big deal. I won the FIFA World Cup trophy last week.”

Fallon was referring to the recent final trophy presentation of the FIFA World Cup when Trump was stuck on stage at the center of the moment when the player received the trophy.
Colbert also shared some of Trump's choices in the opening monologue at Monday's Late Show.
“On the weekend, they're killing our show, but they sunk in that they made one mistake. They kept me alive,” Colbert said, looking directly at the camera.
“And now, for the next 10 months, my gloves are off. I can finally tell the powerless truth and say what I really think about Donald Trump now.”
Colbert said he “don't care” about Trump, adding that he doesn't think he has the “skills set to become president.”
The late-night host continued to read Trump's posts celebrating his decision to cancel Trump's show last Friday, which wrote that he “absolutely loves Colbert being fired.”
Colbert said to “Eloquent Cam”: “How could you dare you to be a teacher?
