Fans of late Canadian comedian John Candy like the upcoming documentary John Candy: I Love Me. The trailer fell on Thursday just before the world premiere at the 2025 Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF).
The documentary, directed by Colin Hanks, shares previously unseen home videos and candid recollections from his collaborators to help him paint a bigger, more complete picture of the iconic actor.
“I won for the rest of my life,” Candy says in the clip. “And when you win for the rest of your life, you have to keep winning.”
