Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are heading their separate paths together almost a decade later, People Magazine confirmed Thursday.
The couple first met in 2016 at a Golden Globe afterparty over In-N-Out Burgers, and have been building a recurring relationship online for the past nine years.
“We were at the Golden Globes, but we weren't together,” the fireworks singer recalled in an episode of American Idol.
“So I grabbed ten in-n-outs at the security guard. I suddenly saw my boyfriend's hand. He wasn't sitting at our table.
The couple announced their relationship on Instagram a few months later, but split in 2017.
Perry, 40, spoke about it in Kandor while calling her dad in an interview on Alex Cooper's podcast.

“We're friends, that's a good thing,” Bloom said in April 2017. “We've all grown ups and she happens to be very visible, but I don't think she cares what I'm doing.
Then, in 2018, the pair officially appeared again as a couple. This time, it appeared at the Global Ocean Gala at the Opera in Monte Carlo, Monaco.

The pair got engaged on Valentine's Day 2019 and announced the birth of their daughter Daisy in August 2020, but were forced to postpone their wedding due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Neither party has publicly commented on the dissolution.
Bloom, 48, shares his son Flynn with his ex-wife, Miranda Kerr. The couple split in 2013 after three years of marriage.
Perry was previously married to actor comedian Russell Brand.
