Keller Williams LLC (KW), the world's largest real estate franchise by Agent Count, is holding its 17th annual renewal, Energize, donation date, or Red Day today.

Since May 2009, KW® Agent Worldwide has dedicated a day to community service, working with local non-profit partners to work in diverse volunteer work to strengthen our neighborhoods.

“Red Day is more than just an event. It's a powerful representation of who we are as Ohana for Keller Williams,” said Sasha Murphy, a Hawaii-based team leader. “Like this year, our mission feels particularly close to home as we support our beloved member of the Lahaina community, Lauren Parakiko. We are honored to help restore our family's Taro farm,” said Kyle Olson, North Dakota-based agent Fargo. “The support for our community is proud to be in KW.” “We have been proud volunteering with Capa Beaufort for over six years, and have been building a comfortable basket to keep our CAPA homes for evacuated children and to facilitate the transition during difficult times,” said David Gunderman, team leader based in Oakland, California. “On each red day, my mind soars to see everyone rolling their sleeves, getting dirty, getting involved and knowing that it's happening all over the world.

Ayan Hassan, Regional Operations Manager for KW® Saudi Arabia, said: “To launch this tradition, we organized a blood donation drive, a meaningful way to give back to our community while attracting incredible agents, staff and community members.” “Red Day reminds us that our biggest mission is beyond real estate. It's about people,” said Sanja Baranash, director of First Impressions for KW® Slovenia. “This year, we will be picking up brushes and hammers to create a bright summer for the underprivileged children. With the charity Krijumerok, we will be helping to renovate summer camps for children in socially disadvantaged families, allowing us to enjoy a safe and fun summer holiday.” “We have raised $5,000 thanks to a recent charity auction held by our agents. This contribution will be donated to the Happy Hearts Foundation on Red Day. This contribution will help rebuild schools in areas affected by natural disasters.” “Together, we make a difference. One school, one child, and one act of kindness at a time.” “On this red day, we are honoring the 10 collapsed community members who lost their lives in a tragic three-car accident.
