Keller Williams Realty, LLC, is expanding across Central America. As momentum continued, KW awarded a new Masters franchise in El Salvador.
“Based on our strong global growth, we are proud to announce the launch of KW El Salvador, the seventh Master Franchise in Central America.” “Around the world, Keller Williams continues to be a place where entrepreneurs thrive and achieve new heights.”
The KW Masters franchise in El Salvador is currently led by Regional Business Principal Claudia Campos. At Q2'25, KW®ElSalvador is set to open its first market centre.
A 35 years of experience and an experienced real estate leader, Campos has overseen residential, commercial and mixed-use developments throughout Central America. She has also obtained an Accredited Shopping Centre Manager (CSM) designation from the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC).
“After more than 30 years in real estate, joining Keller Williams has rekindled my passion,” Campos said. “The values, the global model and the commitment to helping people achieve their dreams are perfectly in line with everything I believe in.”
“This is just the beginning of my journey with Keller Williams,” Campos said. “We are rebuilding our Salvador real estate with our willingness to streamline the housing market. The future looks brighter than ever.”
The other six regions of the brand include Belize, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua and Panama. As of March 31, the brand has eight market centers and 622 agents in Central America.
“We are committed to partnering with exceptional leaders who can advocate for our culture on a global scale,” Soterov said. “Claudia illustrates the excellence and entrepreneurship we seek in every market.”
