Rapper Lil Nas X was charged with four felony Monday after police said they indicted them last week when they faced him for walking naked down Los Angeles Street.
Prosecutors charged the 26-year-old Old Town Road rapper, whose legal name is Monterora Mar Hill, with three batteries injured by police and one count of felony resisting executive officers, the District Attorney's Office said.
He was originally booked on August 22 on a misdemeanor charge of obstructing officers.
The NAS is scheduled to be arrested later Monday, and his representatives have not made an official comment following last week's report.
The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) said officers found NAS walking naked down Ventura Boulevard just before 6am local time on Friday.
They said he indicted officers when he was arrested in the face. Police suspected of a possible overdose and took him to the hospital where he spent several hours before being taken to prison, where he remained since his arrest.

The person driving Nasu recorded him, and he repeatedly pointed at the camera, and at one point he placed an orange traffic cone on his head.
“Hey, don't be late to the party tonight,” Nas tells the person behind the camera. “You know where it is.”
“Did you not tell me to put the phone down?” he asks the person. “Um, someone's going to have to pay for it!”

The NAS continues, saying it will be a “beautiful sunrise” and threatens to throw the person's phone.
“I'm going to throw it away so I'll never see it again. I don't like the phone,” he says in the video.
According to TMZ, which first reported the incident, several people in the area reported seeing “naked men” walking down the road. When LAPD officials reportedly responded, they found the NAS walking in the middle of the road.
In 2019, the rapper rose to fame after his groundbreaking single, Old Town Road, became a viral hit.
The NAS is set to release his upcoming second studio album, Dream Boy, later this year.
