Post Malone's ex-fiance Heason “Jamie” Park has filed full physical custody for her two-year-old daughter.
According to legal documents filed April 16th obtained by People, Park requires her and I have help sharing joint legal custody for their daughter.
She is happy to hand over Malone, Austin Richard's post.
Under child support, the document states that “the court may order child support and issue revenue allocations without further notice to either party.”
According to the report, I, the backsinger, filed his custody documents in Utah on April 14th, two days before Park filed the petition in Los Angeles.
Since Malone was first filed, the lawsuit reportedly will be dealt with in Utah instead of California.
Malone's original identity was revealed on April 17 when he reported that he had petitioned Los Angeles Superior Court for full custody of his daughter.

For years, Malone has chosen to keep his family life away from the public eye, and Park's identity has been kept private due to most of their relationship.
Malone revealed that during his 2021 trip to Las Vegas, he proposed to his girlfriend of the era.
When appearing on Call on her Daddy Podcast, Malone said when he asked Park to marry him, she told her to ask her again in the morning.
“I lost quite a bit of money at the table and we go upstairs and I seem to have hammered from my locker. I was like, 'Hey, do you want to marry me?'”
“I got the ring and all of these things and she said 'No'. She said, “Listen to me tomorrow,” and I was like, “It's okay.” Then I did.

In May 2022, Malone welcomed her daughter at the park and revealed the news of the baby's birth the following month at the Howard Stern Show, saying she kissed her daughter on her way to the studio.
In September 2023, Malone revealed his decision to keep the relationship a secret when it comes to his daughter and his current ex-fiance.
“I feel like many people feel that they have the right to know every detail of every person's life, which is why I don't want to post pictures of my baby.
“We live in such an interesting, semi-connected world where everyone is calling, but you lose the complexity and nuance of being with people and seeing what's really going on.”
Malone and Park reportedly stopped doing that in late 2024. The wrong singer is rumoured to be dating a woman named Christie Lee after going out for dinner at the Mascani Hotel in Rome.
In March, Malone and Lee were seen in a clip shared on Tiktok at a bar in Idaho, captioning, “Post Malone will randomly appear at your little home bar and say hello to you.” Lee is seen in the video with her arm wrapped around Malone's arm.
Earlier this month, Malone and Lee were spotted walking hand in hand in Paris.
