Smokey Robinson is facing new sexual assault allegations as two former employees come forward with accusations, six months after four women filed a $50 million lawsuit against him.
On November 14, the women filed a new motion in court to amend their complaint and add two new accusers, known as John Doe 1 and Jane Doe 5, according to a complaint obtained by People and the Guardian.
The two alleged victims, a man and a woman, allege Robinson tried to coerce them into inappropriate contact with them.
In a statement shared with the outlet, Robinson's attorney Christopher Frost denied the new allegations, calling the lawsuit “an organized greed operation to extract money from the 85-year-old legend.”
“Hiding behind anonymity, this group and its lawyers seek worldwide recognition while making the ugliest of false claims. Once the public knows the truth, their greedy motives and fabricated claims will be exposed,” Frost added.

The complaint alleges that Jane Doe #5 endured “constant” harassment from Robinson while she worked as his housekeeper on and off from 2005 to 2011.

He also claimed he asked her to come into the bathroom while he was showering and asked her to rub his back.
John Doe 1 claims he began working for Robinson and his wife Frances Gladney in 2013, doing detail work on cars. John Doe 1 alleges that soon after he began working for the family, Robinson began sexually harassing him, approaching him at work and inappropriately touching him while he was wearing only his underwear.
John Doe claims he was fired after the incident, but said Gladney asked him to return to work after a year. He returned, but claimed the harassment continued, causing him “humiliation, emotional distress and ongoing fear for his safety and dignity,” according to new legal documents.

All of the accusers said they ultimately resigned because of the assault, and all said they were afraid to come forward out of fear of retaliation, public embarrassment and possible impact on their immigration status.
The allegations of the two new alleged victims “mirror, in substance and scope, those already stated in Jane Does 1-4, and relate primarily to conduct during the same period, location, and by the same defendants,” the motion alleges.
It also asks the court to allow the plaintiffs to file an amended complaint, with a hearing on the motion scheduled for January 6, 2026.
Robinson filed a defamation suit in May, weeks after four former employees accused him of sexual assault and rape.
Robinson and Gladney countersued the women, falsely claiming they had sexually assaulted them as part of an “outrageous” lawsuit.
The singer has denied the charges and is currently being investigated for sexual assault.
In a May statement, the department said its Special Victims Unit was “actively investigating the criminal charges” against Mr. Robinson.
